As the Mayor's 'contract' expires on October 25th, we the voters will ensure that the best person will assume the job going forward.
Qualifications will be examined.
Based on past performance the current employee should not expect to be automatically rehired.

I see that Herr Councillor Wilson is strutting his stuff as council's chief Gestapo officer again.
It always struck me that the "big shots" of Nazism were generally those men suffering from "small man syndrome." Wilson is no exception. He even physically resembles the little weasel he is.
Councillor Buck, who can file a complaint with the Integrity Commissioner, please? If a member of the public can, I have several in mind.
